Drive Fair is a ride-hailing app for Ireland's licensed taxi drivers. Passengers pay the meter. Drivers keep it.
A platform that works the way taxis already work.
Drive Fair connects passengers in Ireland to the nearest available licensed taxi — nothing more complicated than that. When a passenger requests a ride, we broadcast the job to drivers nearby. The first available driver picks it up. The passenger meets a real, plated, regulated taxi at the kerb, and pays the driver the meter at the end of the trip in cash or by card on the taximeter terminal.
Drive Fair is a dispatch platform — not a payments company. The price of your journey is set by the National Transport Authority and enforced by the meter. Passengers pay drivers directly at the end of the ride, the way the trade has always worked. Our job is to connect an Irish taxi driver and an Irish passenger who otherwise could not see each other on the street.

What we promise the trade.
The meter is the price. Tariffs are set by the National Transport Authority. Passengers pay drivers directly — cash or taximeter — exactly as the trade has always worked. No surge, no peak multiplier, no algorithm bidding up the cost of getting home.
Only licensed taxis. Every driver on Drive Fair holds a current Small Public Service Vehicle licence and a valid taxi licence on a roadworthy vehicle. No private cars. No exceptions.
No mystery deactivations. Before a driver accepts, they see the pickup, the destination area, and the distance. No hidden score. No silent suspension. If there is ever a problem with your account, a real person tells you what it is.
You set your own hours. You decide when you start, when you stop, and which jobs you accept. Drive Fair will never penalise you for going home.
